I have a theory: The hair on Sally's head is actually Knuckles in disguise. Just think about it.
In all seriousness, She's a bit tweaked from the older model. Here I slimmed down the body size slightly to match the new Classic Sonic size, and created new textures to make her brighter and more HD looking.
